Webster packing, also known as a dose administration aid or DAA, organises your medicines into a sealed weekly pack sorted by day and time. Our pharmacists prepare and check every pack at the pharmacy.

Bring your medicines
Bring your medication chart and all your current medicines, including any vitamins and supplements. If you do not have a chart, our pharmacist will request one from your doctor.

Pharmacist review
Our pharmacist goes through your medicines with you and checks for anything that needs clarifying with your doctor.

Your first pack
Your medicines are packed into a weekly pack, labelled with your name, the day and the dosing time, along with a list of everything inside. A pharmacist checks every pack before it is sealed.

Each week after
A new pack is prepared each week, ready to collect or be delivered. We also keep track of your prescription renewals with your doctor.
