At Stanmore Pharmacy, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Item is not listed as non-returnable
Change-of-mind returns may be eligible for:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We may request:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product
Once assessed, we will provide one of the following:
- Refund
- Replacement
- Repair
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by Stanmore Pharmacy.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions
- Send the item to the provided return address
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
