Shipping and Dispatch Policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and order processing requirements.

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock levels and supplier availability. Every effort is made to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

If you require a product urgently, please contact us via email prior to placing your order to confirm product availability and the estimated dispatch time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Shipping Locations

We currently only dispatch and ship orders within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
