These very cool stems are made from a hardened glass, and are filled with glass beads.
As the vapor passes over the beads, the heat is absorbed into the beads whilst being evenly dispersed throughout the stem.
It is capped off with a mini glass mouthpiece tip, which reduces the air intake into the patients lips
